How It Works?
How long will my order take?
If it's from our Ready to Wear Line anywhere between 4 - 6 weeks.
What if I want to see a sample first?
The cost of a sample is $500.00. The cost accounts for the custom pattern, cut and sew, materials, and production time. If the sample is chosen, and goes into production, $250 will be deducted off the cost of a 50+ unit order.
Can I do something a little more customized?
Absolutely. From Design to Wear.
What if I want a printed fabric?
We are happy to source prints for you.
What if I just want to make a minor change to an existing style?
No problem. However, there will be a charge for the pattern alteration.
What about exclusivity?
This is something we can discuss. It really depends on which style, the quantities you are interested in, and your locations.
What if I want less than 50 units?
If it's from our Ready to Wear line, we will accommodate, but there will be an increase in price. We generally sway our customers away from this, as you will typically, need to replenish your stock, so having extra uniforms on hand is always a good idea.
What if I have a really big order?
We have contractors across Canada, and also produce in China and Taiwan.
Do you have a satisfaction guaranteed policy?
We test all of our fabrics extensively and have sourced the best contractors to manufacture your garments. We guarantee our uniforms for 6 months, unless a staff member caused the damage, washed inappropriately, or the damage is due to uncommon work related, wear and tear.
Do you have environmentally friendly options?
Yes.
What if I don't have room to stock my uniforms?
We have a stock program, and are happy to do this for you, at no extra charge.
What is the Fabric Stock Program?
You buy the fabric; we stock it, and cut and sew, as you need.
What if I have concerns regarding your label name?
We understand the sensitive nature of employee-employer relations. We have an alternate label - The Uniform Girl that we are happy to use if you have concerns.
